Mind Mapping is a powerful tool for us to learn how people comprehend, understand, and associate information. This is increasingly important in an international work environment where we have to develop content strategies that reach many people from different places in the world.

The talk focuses on what mind maps are, and how they are applied as a research tool. They provide insights into how humans are processing information and what mental associations they are making. These insights can shape a company's content strategy, the information architecture of a site, and how we communicate information in the office.
